September 2009West London boroughs have commissioned Opinion Research Services to carry out a sub regional Housing Market Assessment. The Housing Market Assessment will bring together information gathered at a local level by boroughs and combine this with other secondary data to give a clearer picture of how housing markets operate across borough boundaries. The HMA will provide an additonal evidence base to inform the development of borough strategies and plans.
